Huayi Tire Canada, Inc. (HTC), Canada’s marketer and distributor for Double Coin and associate brands tires,announces the appointment of Dave Hatch as vice president, sales and operations. Dave will succeed John Hagg, HTC’s long-time leader and dedicated employee, who is retiring.
Dave Hatch will oversee HTC’s national sales strategy, operations, and customer experience initiatives, supporting the company’s continued growth across Canada.
With over three decades of experience in the tire and automotive industries, Dave brings a proven record of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. His extensive background includes senior executive roles at Dynamic Tire Inc., where he served as president and vice president of products.
Earlier in his career, Dave owned and operated Autocam for six years before selling the company to Coast Tire. He remained with Coast Tire following the acquisition, managing several locations and contributing to the company’s growth and expansion initiatives in Quebec.
